Villa Anaso has all cards in hands; a contemporary luxury villa with a secluded swimming pool on the beach. Located in Trou-d’Eau Douce, opposite Ile-aux-cerfs on the East coast of Mauritius. It perfectly combines the quietness of a fishermen’s village with fun from the numerous possibilities of land and nautical activities and the proximity of a large supermarket within 15 minutes by car.

While beachcombers have the choice between the heavenly beaches of Ile-aux-cerfs and the quiet beach in front of the villa, golfers have the pleasure to reach the spectacular 18-hole golf course of Ile-aux-cerfs within 30 minutes, without having to drive. In winter, adepts of kitesurfing have fun riding across the lagoon.

The villa is superbly decorated and luxuriously equipped. The swimming pool next to the kitchen bar is the cosy corner for drinks and barbecues while the lounge and dining room boast comfortable sitting areas with a stunning view. The separate and comfortable TV room adds to the space and comfort of common areas.

All bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) have their en-suite bathroom and there is an extra bathroom and toilet downstairs for greater comfort. The two double bedrooms enjoy full sea-view while the twin bedroom has a partial sea-view.
